and that the process takes a significant amount of time and hard work. Initially
we would like to hold a conference call with you to discuss your business and
the potential opportunity. Assuming that our conference call goes well, we would
like to follow-up with a scheduled meeting at your offices so that we can get
to know each other on a more personal basis and learn more about your business.
Naturally, we will execute a Confidentiality Agreement prior to our visit.
